Traditional Desserts Made Easy with Butterfly Rice Kheer Mix

Kheer - A dessert that holds a special place in every Indian household. Whether it's a festival, a family gathering, or just a craving for something sweet, kheer never fails to bring smiles. But let’s be honest, making the perfect kheer from scratch can be time-consuming. That’s where Butterfly Rice Kheer Mix steps in bringing you the same rich, creamy taste of homemade kheer, but in a hassle-free way. Here’s how I whipped up a delicious bowl of kheer in no time using this magic mix.

Recipe: Step-by-Step Guide to Creamy Rice Kheer

Ingredients:

500ml full cream milk (I used Amul Gold for extra richness).

1 pack of Butterfly Rice Kheer Mix.

Chopped pistachios, almonds, and a few strands of saffron for garnish.

Method:

Boil the Milk
Take 500ml of full cream milk and bring it to a boil on medium heat. I used Amul Gold for its creamy texture, perfect for desserts like kheer.

Add the Mix
Once the milk starts boiling, add the entire pack of Butterfly Rice Kheer Mix.

Stir It Up
This is the secret to a perfect consistency! Stir continuously for 20 to 25 minutes on low to medium flame until the mixture thickens beautifully.

Cool It Down
Turn off the flame and let the kheer cool slightly.

Garnish
Pour the kheer into a bowl and add your favourite garnishes—chopped pistachios, almonds, and a few saffron strands.

Serve & Enjoy
Enjoy it warm or chilled. Either way, it’s creamy, rich, and absolutely delightful!
