How to Make Malai Kulfi Using Butterfly’s Instant Kulfi Mix

You’ll Need:

·   1 packet of Butterfly Malai Instant Kulfi Mix

·   500 ml warm full cream milk

·   Kulfi moulds (or small cups)

Steps:

1.    Mix & Heat Add the entire contents of the kulfi mix packet into 500 ml warm milk in a deep pan.

2.    Stir & Boil Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for at least 10 minutes until the mixture thickens to a rich consistency.

3.    Pour & Freeze Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then pour it into kulfi moulds or small cups.

4.    Freeze Overnight Pop the moulds into the freezer and let them set overnight.

5.    Serve & Enjoy! Demould your kulfis and serve chilled. Creamy, satisfying, and so easy to make!
