· 500ml of Butterfly Instant Cold Cocoa Mix
· 500ml full cream milk
1. Pour 500ml of full cream milk into a heavy-bottomed pan.
2. Add the entire contents of the Butterfly Cold Cocoa Mix packet to the milk.
3. Turn on the flame and keep stirring continuously until the mix dissolves completely and the texture becomes smooth and rich.
4. Allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes while stirring to avoid lumps and ensure a thick consistency.
5. Once done, remove from the heat and let it cool down completely.
6. Refrigerate for a few hours until perfectly chilled.
Pour the chilled cold cocoa into a glass, and take it up a notch by topping it with:
· A generous scoop of your favourite ice cream
· A sprinkle of Chocolate chips
· A swirl of decadent chocolate syrup
