Ingredients:
* ½ litre of hot milk
* 1 packet of Butterfly’s Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
Instructions:
1. Pour ½ litre of hot milk into a bowl.
2. Add the contents of Butterfly’s Ice Cream Mix.
3. Beat well until fully mixed.
4. Boil the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
5. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
6. Freeze until fully set.
7. Remove from freezer and beat once again for a smoother texture.
8. Freeze again until ready to serve.
9. Optional: Add chocolate chips, dry fruits or syrup while serving.
