Looking for a no-fuss, eggless cake that’s soft, fluffy and ready in under an hour? Meet Butterfly Cakemix—your new secret weapon for homemade desserts. In this post, we’ll walk you through the full recipe for the Super Vanilla mix and introduce three other irresistible flavours: Pineapple, Strawberry, and Chocolate.

Full Recipe: Super Vanilla Cake

Ingredients (makes ~320 g cake):

·        1 pack Butterfly Super Vanilla Cakemix (Eggless)

·        110 ml water

·        Included sugar sachet

·        25 ml vegetable oil (or melted butter)

·        A light dusting of wheat flour or butter for greasing

Steps:

1.   Prep: Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a 6–8 inch round or square baking pan with oil/butter, then dust lightly with flour.

2.   Dissolve: In a mixing bowl, pour in 110 ml of water. Add the sugar sachet and stir until it’s completely dissolved.

3.   Beat: Sprinkle in the entire vanilla powder mix. Using a hand-mixer or stand mixer, beat at slow speed for 2 minutes, then crank up to high speed for 4 minutes. The batter should be smooth and lump-free.

4.   Enrich: Pour in 25 ml oil (or melted butter). Mix again at slow speed for another 2 minutes so everything comes together.

5.   Bake or Steam:

·        Oven: Bake at 180 °C for 35–40 minutes, or

·        Microwave: Cook on medium for 6–7 minutes, or

·        Pressure Cooker: Place batter in a greased cake tin, cook on medium flame without whistle for 30–35 minutes.

1.   Test & Cool: Insert a toothpick into the centre—if it comes out clean, your cake is done! Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

2.   Serve: Top with buttercream, whipped cream, fresh berries, or simply dust with powdered sugar. Slice and enjoy!
